My sister "made-up" a chocolate chip cookie recipe where you follow the recipe on the back of the chocolate chip bag, but you just use half the butter. Everything else is exactly the same and they are just a little crispy on the outside, gooey on the inside, complete with all the craggy cracked tops and everything. I've gotten comments on them whenever I make them and people are so amazed that it's because there's less butter. But I am so in love with cookies that I think I will still try your recipe sometime. They sound heavenly.</p> <em>Hmm, half the butter, very interesting! Does she underbake to keep them gooey?
